At Jersey.com.bd, we care about your satisfaction. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.

✅ Return Process:

We ask all customers to inspect the product in front of the delivery man when it arrives. If there’s a problem with your item (like damage, wrong product, or defect), you must return it right away by handing it back to the  delivery man.

❌ Returns Are Not Allowed:

• After the courier has left
  
  

• If the item has been used or damaged after delivery
  
  

• For any reason once delivery is accepted
  
  

🚚 Delivery Charges:

• Delivery fees are non-refundable, even if the item is returned
  
  

• You must pay the delivery fee for both receiving and returning the product
